I believe that our healing is never just personal—it is deeply interconnected with the world around us. My fee structure is a reflection of 15+ years of heart-led experience, dual board licensures (LMFT, LPC-MHSP), and the specialized wisdom I’ve gathered through certifications in IFS, Somatic Psychology, and Psychedelic-Assisted therapies.

Rooted in Loving Presence & Organicity

At the core of our work is the Hakomi principle of Organicity: the trust that you are a self-organizing system with an innate, sacred capacity to heal. I approach our sessions with Nonviolence and Loving Presence, honoring your pace and the wisdom of your defenses. Together, we create a sanctuary for all expressions of cultural and gender identity, centering your heart, spirit, and body in a culture of care.

A Decolonial Vision of Care

I recognize that many of our systems are built on colonial values that prioritize supremacy and marginalization. My practice is an act of Solidarity, working as an accomplice alongside Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities, and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. To protect the integrity of this space and remain focused entirely on your unique journey, I choose not to contract with insurance companies or EAPs. This independence allows us to move at the speed of your soul, free from external constraints or diagnostic requirements.

Reciprocity & Co-Liberation

Solidarity is a verb. To make this work sustainable and accessible, I have been honored to accept scholarships from various local and national organizations. These resources, combined with a "Community-Supported" model, where full-fee clients help hold the space for others, allow me to offer Sliding Scale options. This cycle of reciprocity ensures that specialized care remains available to those historically excluded from wellness spaces. We are, truly, in this together.
