Healing is an Inside Job

Dear [insert your amazing name here],

No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to support you with embodying wellness in all areas of your life. Together we can explore what it means to be who you are, reconnect with your body, commune with nature, learn new patterns of thinking, find your voice, and heal. My warm and grounded presence provides a safe space for you to explore how beautiful and amazing, but often times our wounded relationship to our physical selves and the more than human world* can impact our relationships, creativity, general well-being, and even our ability to reason and learn.

I integrate innovations such as non-violence, mindfulness, and body-mind holism with my training in Expressive Arts, Authentic Movement, Ecotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integrations Therapy to work creatively and collaboratively with adults, couples, romantic partners and families.

I am an INFP, and Type 7 wing 8 on the Enneagram

I have had furry four legged friends since I was a toddler.  So after losing our super chill 14 year old Chihuahua/Terrier Doobie last summer we adopted a new puppy after a long winter and period of deep grief. We are still grieving and miss him dearly and finally have space to welcome a new family member. Her name is Tosha which means “whisper” and is a term of endearment in my native language, Bemba. She is 5 months old (10/13/2023) and has such a kind, tender, calm, quiet temperament and has been such a sweet blessing! DNA Profile
