Grounded Healing for Mind, Body, and Relationships
You understand the "why" behind your struggles, but your nervous system hasn’t caught up yet. I offer integrative psychotherapy that goes beyond talk therapy, combining Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic processing, and outdoor ecotherapy to help you feel settled, connected, and whole.

About the event
Overview
Join a grounded, collaborative consultation container designed for pre-licensed associates, provisionally licensed counselors (LPC/MHSP tracks), marriage and family therapists (LMFT tracks), and fully licensed clinicians seeking deeper experiential depth.
Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic inquiry, relational systems, and nature-informed frameworks, this monthly group provides a supportive space to step out of intellectual isolation, process therapist countertransference, and explore complex cases with curiosity and compassion.
What to Expect
Each 100 to 150-minute group supervision meeting is structured to support both clinical competence and nervous system regulation:
Grounded Centering & Parts Check-In: Slowing down to notice our internal landscape, therapist parts, and clinical fatigue.
